These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your interaction with the I QUIT BETTING mobile application and related websites/services ("Service"). By downloading, using, or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Scope of Service

I QUIT BETTING is a digital tracking and support tool that helps you track addictive behaviors, set goals, take daily notes, and be supported with motivational content.

I QUIT BETTING does not provide medical, psychological, or professional treatment services and is not a healthcare institution.

2) Medical Warning (Health and Safety)

The content, recommendations, automated analyses, and AI-assisted conversations provided in I QUIT BETTING are for general information purposes.

This content does not replace a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or professional counselor.

In an emergency (thoughts of harming yourself/others, severe crisis, urgent medical need, etc.), immediately contact your local emergency helpline and seek professional help.

3) Eligibility and 18+ Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The 18+ consent you provide during application setup is a declaration of your eligibility to use the Service.

4) Account and Anonymous Use

I QUIT BETTING can be used anonymously. Some features may require you to create an account.

The user is responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting access to their account. You may be responsible for activities that occur through your account.

5) User Content

Notes, goals, daily records, photos, shares, and similar content you add within the Service ("User Content") belong to you.

However, we need the right to store/process this content for the Service to function. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Content you share in public areas such as community sharing may become public. It is recommended that you do not share personal information in public shares.

6) Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you may not:

• Share content that is illegal, offensive, hate speech, harassing, obscene, or harmful.
• Violate others' privacy or collect unauthorized data.
• Engage in activities such as automation, attacks, reverse engineering, or searching/exploiting security vulnerabilities that would harm the Service.
• Engage in behaviors that would disrupt the normal operation of the Service.

If use contrary to these rules is detected, your account may be suspended or terminated.

7) Subscriptions and Payments (I QUIT BETTING Plus)

Some features of I QUIT BETTING may be offered under a paid subscription ("I QUIT BETTING Plus").

Subscriptions can be purchased through App Store / Google Play and are subject to the relevant store's rules.

Subscription management, cancellation, refund, and billing processes are handled by the relevant store and/or payment provider (e.g., RevenueCat infrastructure).

Subscription cancellation may not close access until the end of the period; store rules apply.

8) Service Changes and Interruptions

We may change, update, or discontinue some features to improve the Service or for security/compliance reasons. The Service may occasionally be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

9) Data Storage and Deletion

Data processing and storage conditions are specified in the Privacy Policy.

Options to delete your account and data may be provided through the application or support channels.

10) Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, logos, texts, and all other elements belong to I QUIT BETTING (or its licensors). These Terms grant you only the right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.

11) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services for analytics, notifications, subscription verification, or similar purposes. The use of these services is subject to their own terms.

Hosting infrastructure may use servers rented on DigitalOcean and tools such as Coolify.

12) Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or to achieve a specific result.

The user uses the Service at their own risk.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I QUIT BETTING cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit, or similar consequences.

Some countries may not allow certain liability limitations; in such cases, your relevant mandatory consumer rights are reserved.

14) Violation of Terms and Termination

If you violate these Terms, your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.

You may also stop using the Service at any time and close your account.

15) Changes

We may update these Terms. Updates may take effect immediately upon publication on the website. For significant changes, we may notify you through in-app notifications or similar means.
